Kevin M. Malloy attended Rowan University, where he graduated with honors in 1986 with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. He earned his law degree in 1989 from the Widener University School of Law.
Mr. Malloy has devoted his practice to all aspects of personal injury litigation. He has extensive jury trial experience and has tried many jury trials to verdict in the courts of Philadelphia, surrounding counties, New Jersey and Delaware. He successfully completed a rigorous course of study at Temple University, attaining the status of Fellow from the Temple University Academy of Trial Advocacy in 1999.
He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court for the State of New Jersey.
He is also an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Compulsory Arbitration Committee. Mr. Malloy also participates in dispute resolution, by regularly serving as a Judge Pro Tempore at the City of Philadelphia’s Dispute Resolution Center. In addition, for the past 15 years, Mr. Malloy has also served his community by sitting as a panelist for Northampton Township’s Youth Aid Panel, a diversionary police initiated program, where first time juvenile offenders are given a second chance through probation and community service.
